About Us

     Melanie has strong relationships with banks and has access to short sales and foreclosures.  When she enters into negotiations, she’s armed and ready with the required documents and all the other bells and whistles the banks like.  Most agents don’t know HOW to ask the banks for repairs, improvements, etc., but you guessed it—Mel does.  She is a certified Foreclosure REO Specialist-so she’s legit!  She also has her Accredited Buyers Representative and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource designations so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.  She’s detail-oriented and extremely efficient…which comes from her first career in website design development.  She’s married to Ben—a superhero police officer, and she’s Mom to a spirited 6-year old, Colin.
